The first day was termed education. Our dietitian, Smitha, was an angel .... she introduced us to the plan and the physiologist. The first day was only about getting to know about the balance between calorie consumption and calorie burnt ..... the real thing starts the day after, so technically the weight, I mean wait, is still not over :).
it was a wednesday...
Smita had already given us three days to follow a diet
and we had followed it meticulousness
It was 14's Birthday and she is to be 15 now
this is how we both look at this stage
6:30 lemon and warm water with honey *
7:15 two chappatis and cup of tea with no sugar*
then in the bus for school
the school cafeteria had idlis and sambhar for lunch.
at 10:00 AM was hungry enough to buy a packet of peanuts and eat that
Had two idlis smbhar adn DID NOT eat the sweet
came home after which ate one cucumber carrot and other salads.
It was 14's Birthday and she had wanted to eat a whole PIZZA at Dominoes and so she was not
eating anythig in the day!!
At the gym it was a killer day, Vijay made us do the following
1. treadmill 15 min
2. Exercycle - 12 min and
3. the cross trainer 10 min
then there was weight made us lift 1 kg in three ways
Stretches and then we were done
I was very happy with todays exercise... I feel good and there is ni pain associated with the
normal weight trinings that I do
Is it because.... I have been doing heavier workouts or what????

It was a satisfied sleep I went into Please God give me the will power to stick to the diet
tomorrow in school it will be a dead day with so many classes to take hope I have the will power
to go on
that is how we look today...........
